Cap. 16 Art. 265Where offender after expiating punishment persists in refusing to answer.

If, after undergoing punishment, the offender shall persist in refusing to answer any question put to him under the provisions of article 262, or to comply with the provisions of the law, or to obey the order mentioned in the last preceding article, every such refusal shall, each time it is repeated, be deemed to be a new offence.
