Whosoever shall, except in the cases provided in the foregoing articles, offend against any of the provisions of this Title or disobey any order given to him under the provisions of this Title shall, on conviction by the competent court, be liable to detention for a term not exceeding one month or to a fine (ammenda) not exceeding eleven euro and sixty-five cents (11.65).
