Cap. 16 Art. 234Acts to be drawn up on the birth, marriage or death of any person.

(1) Upon the birth, marriage or death of any person, an act in the respective form annexed hereto, containing such particulars as are required under this Title, shall be drawn up in clear and legible characters, and without any abbreviation.

(2) Where any of the said particulars cannot be known, a statement to that effect shall be entered in the proper place in the act.
