Cap. 16 Art. 233Curatorship of minor children of absentee.

(1) Where any of the children of the absentee are minors, and are not subject to parental authority, it shall be lawful for the court, upon the demand of any person, to appoint to such children one or more curators.

(2) The provisions relating to the tutorship of a minor whose parents are dead shall, in so far as applicable, apply to the curatorship of a minor ordered under this article.
