Cap. 16 Art. 225Rights of persons placed in absolute possession of property.

It shall be lawful for the persons placed in absolute possession of the property or allowed the absolute exercise of the rights depending upon the death of the absentee, to proceed to final partitions of the property, and to dispose freely thereof.
