Cap. 16 Art. 2157Action for rendering of accounts against , , tutor curator etc.
Sub-title IV
An action for the rendering of accounts against any tutor, curator, mandatary, or other administrator, is barred by the lapse of five years from the day of the cessation of the management, or by the lapse of one year from the death of the tutor, curator, mandatary, or other administrator.
