Cap. 16 Art. 186Limitation of actions.

Subject to the provision of article 2157, all actions competent to the minor against the tutor, or competent to the tutor against the minor, relating to the tutorship, shall be barred by the lapse of five years to be reckoned from the day on which the minor attains his majority, or dies.
