Cap. 16 Art. 215Effects of provisional possession.
Sub-title II
The persons vested with the provisional possession of the property of the absentee, and their successors, shall have the administration of such property, the right to sue or defend in matters touching the rights of the absentee, and the enjoyment of the fruits of the property, subject to the restrictions hereinafter prescribed.
