Sub-title II
The spouse of the absentee, in addition to what is due to him or her in virtue of the marriage contract, or by succession or by any other title according to law, may, in case of need, demand an allowance for maintenance, to be fixed according to the condition of the family and the amount of the estate of the absentee.
