Cap. 16 Art. 2080Fruits that are due by third party in possession.
Sub-title VI
The fruits of the immovable are not due by the third party in possession except from the day on which he has been called upon to surrender the immovable or to pay the debt; and if since that day one year shall have elapsed before the judicial demand is made, the fruits shall be due from the date of such demand.
