Cap. 16 Art. 1797Where description is not annexed to deed of donation.

(1) If the description mentioned in the last preceding article has not been annexed to the deed of donation of present and future property, the donee shall be bound to accept or renounce the donation in its entirety.

(2) In case of acceptance, he can only claim the property existing at the time of the donor’s death, and shall be bound to discharge all the hereditary debts and burdens up to the value of such property.
