Cap. 16 Art. 1779Stipulation of reversion.

(1) The donor may stipulate that the things given shall revert to himself or his heirs, in case of the decease of the donee without issue at any time.

(2) He may also stipulate the reversion of the things given in case of the predecease of the donee alone or in case of the predecease of the donee and his descendants: Provided that such stipulation can only be made in favour of the donor alone.
