Cap. 16 Art. 1778Donation of movable things with reservation of usufruct.
Sub-title II
Where a donation of movable things has been made with the reservation of usufruct, the donee shall, upon the cessation of the usufruct, have against the donor or his heirs the same rights as are granted to the owner under the provisions of Title III of Part I of Book Second of this Code for the restoration of such things.
