Cap. 16 Art. 1775Vesting of thing excluded from donation.

If the donor has excluded a thing from the donation, in order to dispose of it, and does not dispose of such thing either or by will, it shall vest in the heirs of the donor, unless inter vivos the donor himself has expressly declared in the deed of donation that such thing shall vest in the donee if he dies without having disposed of it.
