Cap. 16 Art. 1761Annulment of donation for want of authority.

In the cases referred to in the last three preceding articles, the donation may not be annulled for want of the authority therein mentioned, except upon the demand of the donee; and such demand may not be made after the expiration of two years from the day on which the donee attains his majority or ceases to be subject to tutorship or curatorship.
