Cap. 16 Art. 1100Interruption of prescription.
Sub-title III
An acknowledgment of the debt by one of the joint and several debtors, and every other act capable of interrupting prescription with regard to any one of such debtors, shall interrupt prescription also with regard to the other debtors and their heirs.
