S.L. 73.1 Art. 3Fees.

A fee of four cents (0.04) in respect of each passenger so embarking or disembarking and of eight cents (0.08) in respect of each passenger so embarking and disembarking or disembarking and embarking in any one day shall be charged and the total amount due shall be paid by the ship agent to the Comptroller of Customs at the time of his furnishing the return referred to in regulation 2, with a deduction of five per cent on the aforesaid amount, which the ship agent may retain as a remuneration for his services.
