S.L. 73.1 Art. 2Agent to submit return to Comptroller of Customs.

The agent of any ship, the passengers whereof have embarked or disembarked by means other than dg]ajsas shall not later than twenty-four hours after the departure of the ship, furnish to the Comptroller of Customs a return showing the number of passengers so embarked or disembarked within each whole day during which the ship remained in harbour, with particulars in respect of each passenger as to whether he has embarked only or disembarked only or both.
