The Registrar of Courts, of the Court of Magistrates
(Malta) and of the Court of Magistrates (Gozo) or any person acting in his stead or on his behalf in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Organization and Civil Procedure, hereinafter referred to as "the Registrar" shall be the Registrar of the Board.
