S.L. 69.1 Art. 2Interpretation. Cap. 69.

In these Regulations unless the context otherwise requires -

"Board" means the Rent Regulation Board constituted under the Ordinance, for the Island of Malta or, as the case may be, for the Islands of Gozo and Comino; "by electronic means" means online;

"Ordinance" means the Reletting of Urban Property (Regulation) Ordinance;

"Chairman" means the Chairman of the Board.
