S.L. 69.1 Art. 3ARunning of the online system.

(1) There shall be an electronic mechanism by means of which applications that initiate a procedure or a reply thereto, may be filed by electronic means in the Board.

(2) These regulations shall apply only to those acts indicated in the electronic mechanism mentioned in regulation 3A(1).

(3) Any advocate or legal procurator who wants to file these acts, as indicated in these regulations, by electronic means, may do so by filing such acts online through the appropriate site and paying the prescribed fee.
