S.L. 646.18 Art. 6Workers from several companies.

(1) Where workers from several companies or enterprises are present at the same workplace, each employer shall be responsible for all matters under his control.

(2) The employer responsible for the workplace shall coordinate the implementation of all the measures concerning the health and safety of the workers and shall state, in the health and safety document, the aim of that co-ordination and the measures and procedures for implementing it.

(3) The co-ordination shall not affect the responsibilities stipulated in the Act for the individual employers.
