S.L. 646.18 Art. 10Keeping workers informed.

(1) Without prejudice to article 6(3) of the Act, the employer shall inform the workers’ health and safety representative and the workers of all measures to be taken concerning health and safety at workplaces, and in particular of those relating to the implementation of regulations 5 to 11.

(2) The information shall be comprehensible to all the workers concerned.
