S.L. 646.18 Art. 11Medical examinations.

(1) Each worker shall undergo, at the expense of the employer, a medical examination before being assigned to duties related to any of the activities covered by these regulations.

(2) Subsequently, the medical examinations shall be carried out at regular intervals.
