S.L. 628.1 Art. 55Compliance with applicable laws.

(1) An association shall, throughout the term of any permit or authorisation, continuously comply with all relevant requirements and be responsible for all obligations imposed by the Act, these regulations and all applicable regulatory and binding instruments.

(2) An association shall, throughout the terms of any permit or authorisation, comply with the policies and procedures which shall be notified to the Authority in terms of the Act, these regulations or any regulatory or binding instrument.
