S.L. 628.1 Art. 54Disclosure of information.

The Authority may disclose information contained in the centralised data collection and tracking system or which it may have come to its possession through the performance of its functions, to the Executive Police, the Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit or any other public body for the purpose relating to compliance, preventing non-compliance with the provisions of the Act, these regulations and applicable laws, prevention or committal of a criminal offence, protection of public health or safety or any other prescribed circumstances.
