S.L. 628.1 Art. 56Authority’s power to order specific actions and compliance audit. 

The Authority may require any association:

(a) to take actions, implement procedures or systems, to make submissions, to provide information, reports, compliance certificates and, or any other evidence of compliance to the Authority, on a regular or ad hoc basis, to demonstrate its compliance with the Act, these regulations and all applicable regulatory and binding instruments;

(b) to undergo a compliance audit, on a regular or ad hoc basis, as may be prescribed by the Authority in any binding instrument;

(c) to limit aspects of its operations until it is satisfied that an identified or potential non-compliance or ORGANISATIONS)

risk of a breach of the regulations has been addressed.
