S.L. 628.1 Art. 53Centralised data collection and tracking system.

(1) The Authority may operate a digital centralized data collection and tracking system for the purpose of facilitating data collection and tracking from associations.

(2) Associations shall adhere to any requirements established by the Authority for the implementation and operation of a digital centralised data collection system, including but not limited to, the implementation of a tag and track system and the payment of a fee as may be prescribed by the Authority.
