S.L. 601.1 Art. 60Preparation and submission of vouchers.

(1) At the end of each month, accounting officers shall, as far as possible, call upon suppliers of materials, works and services to send in their claims.

(2) Departments shall send vouchers payable on a daily basis for eventual processing. Such vouchers shall be duly certified by the accounting officer.

(3) In the last month of any financial year, all vouchers for materials, works and services made up to the 15th December shall be presented for payment as may be stipulated by the Accountant General.
