S.L. 601.1 Art. 59Paid and unpaid vouchers.. Remittance of unpaid amounts to authorised bank.

(1) Vouchers paid by departments in cash out of moneys drawn from the Treasury by schedule shall be returned to the Treasury duly receipted.

(2) Any amounts remaining in hand in respect of unpaid vouchers shall be forthwith remitted to an authorised bank to the credit of the public account and shall be accounted for to the Treasury as an ordinary remittance.
