As from the 4th April 2016 any reference in any subsidiary legislation currently in force under the Environment and

Development Planning Act, other than the subsidiary legislation indicated in regulations 2 and 3, to the Malta Environment and

Planning Authority shall be construed to refer to the Environment and Resources Authority established under the Environment

Protection Act.
