As from the 4th April 2016 any reference in the

Development Planning (Clamping and Removal of Objects used for

Illegal Development) Regulations and the Schedule of Penalties

Regulations to the Malta Environment and Planning Authority shall be construed as a reference to the Planning Authority established under the Development Planning Act, and to the Environment and

Resources Authority established under the Environment Protection

Act.
