S.L. 552.18 ст. 4Construction of references to the MaltaEnvironment and Planning Authority. Cap. 504 Cap. 549.

As from the 4th April 2016 any reference in any subsidiary legislation currently in force under the Environment and

Development Planning Act, other than the subsidiary legislation indicated in regulations 2 and 3, to the Malta Environment and

Planning Authority shall be construed to refer to the Environment and Resources Authority established under the Environment

Protection Act.
