For the purposes of these regulations, the control of

Sturnus vulgaris and Columba livia and the control, by means of relocation, of other birds that may pose an air safety hazard, shall be in accordance with the provisions of the framework laid down by the

Conservation of Wild Birds (Framework for Allowing a Derogation for the Control of Birds in the Interest of Air-Safety) Regulations and the Wild Birds Regulations.
