S.L. 549.135 Art. 5Establishment of control period.

For the purposes of the second proviso to regulation

10(6) of the Wild Birds Regulations and for the purposes of these regulations, the period for the control of Sturnus vulgaris and Columba livia, and the control by means of relocation of other birds that may pose an air safety hazard, shall be from 1st July 2020 to 30th June 2021, both dates included.
