This derogation shall only apply for the control of Sturnus vulgaris and Columba livia, and for the control, by means of relocation, of other birds that may pose an air safety hazard, including fitting of geo-locators on up to five (5) harrier specimens (Circus spp.) under the terms and conditions of the special licence.
