S.L. 549.134 Art. 39Distributors, retailers and catering undertakings of single use containers.

Distributors and/or retailers and/or catering undertakings who, on the date of the coming into force of regulation 13, have already made available or are making available on the market a beverage container, shall register with the licensed operator and shall register the relevant barcodes, pursuant to regulation 13, by not later than one (1) month before the coming into force of regulation 13.
