Producers who, on the date of the coming into force regulation 13, have already placed or are placing on the market a beverage container, shall register with the licensed operator, and shall register the relevant barcodes and any specific markings of the beverage container as well as indicating whether they intend to affix the deposit logo to the beverage container, pursuant to regulation 13, by not later than five (5) months before the coming into force of this regulation. Producers shall also provide the licensed operator with the information indicated in regulation 14(2)(a), as the operator may direct, from the date of registration as aforesaid.
