S.L. 549.134 Art. 40Producers of refillable containers.

Producers who, at the date of the coming into force of regulation 20, have already placed or are placing on the market any beverage in a refillable container, shall register with the Agency pursuant to regulation 20 by not later than three (3) months before the coming into force of regulation 20.
