S.L. 549.134 Art. 37Exchange of information between the Authority and the Agency.

(1) For the purpose of enabling the Agency to perform its functions under these regulations, the Authority shall share and exchange information with the Agency, and the Agency and

Authority shall collaborate with one another:

Provided that the Agency shall report on the performance of the Scheme to the Authority such that it would enable the Authority to perform its reporting obligations in terms of applicable law.
