S.L. 546.4 Art. 6Sharing of data pertaining to planning permits and building development.

(1) Data pertaining to planning permits and building development shall be made available by the responsible authorities, in the format as shall be established by the Registrar, from time to time.

(2) The data shall be good quality data and made available upon the issuance of the permits by the authorities responsible for planning and building development.

(3) The purpose of the sharing of this data is to establish the address record at the earliest instance to serve for all the other related processes and permits relating to the said building development.

(4) The data requested by the Registrar shall be shared by the
