S.L. 545.3 Art. 8Refund of deposit.

A deposit made under regulation 7 in respect of the supply of water shall be refundable to the depositor on his ceasing to be a consumer, provided that all sums due to the Corporation in respect of the supply of water to that consumer have been paid.
