S.L. 545.3 Art. 9Surety.

In lieu of requiring a deposit to be made as provided in regulation 7, the Chief Executive may require a consumer to produce an undertaking by a third party acceptable to the Chief Executive, who will hold himself bound jointly and severally with the consumer in respect of the regular payment of all amounts that may become due to the Corporation in connection with the supply of water to that consumer.
