S.L. 464.12 Art. 36Specialcommittees and standing committees.

(1) The Council may appoint as it deems necessary special committees and standing committees to assist the Council in the execution of its functions, both from within the Council and outside.

(2) The Council shall provide any such committee with a written declaration approved by Council majority outlining:

(a) the term of appointment;

(b) the terms of reference;

(c) their reporting relationship to the Council; and

(d) any other item deemed necessary by the Council.
