S.L. 464.12 Art. 35Accuracy of minutes.

(1) No motion or discussion shall take place upon the minutes except upon their accuracy.

(2) If no such question is raised, or if it is raised, as soon as it has been disposed of, the President shall declare that the minutes are confirmed.

(3) If such question is raised it shall be discussed and approved or rejected. If the majority of members present approve the amendment, the President shall, if so decided, amend the minutes before confirming that the minutes are confirmed.
