S.L. 464.12 Art. 37Proceedings to be regarded as confidential.

(1) All proceedings of the Council and of its committees shall be regarded as confidential.

(2) The Council may issue statements and directives, as it considers appropriate from time to time.

(3) The Council shall publish any report, statement and similar document as required by or under the Act.
