S.L. 439.10 Art. 13Schedule amendments. Cap. 439.

The Schedule to these regulations shall be amended in accordance with European Community rules and according to the procedure laid down in Article 22 of the Animal Welfare Act; such amendments shall also take place upon any amendments made to the annexes of European Union Council Directive 91/628/EEC made by the European Council acting by a qualified majority on a proposal from the Commission, with a view in particular to their adaptation to technological and scientific progress.
