S.L. 437.104 Art. 5Compensation for infected poultry.

Producers shall be compensated for infected poultry culled and infected eggs destroyed in terms of the Schedule at rates as the Minister may from time to time prescribe by notice in the Gazette: Provided that such compensation rates shall not exceed the average market price of poultry or eggs for the previous three months.
