S.L. 437.104 Art. 6Revocation of licence.

(1) The Director shall revoke a poultry farm’s licence in the event of three repeated isolations of Salmonella being verified within any twelve-month period.

(2) The Director shall revoke a poultry farm’s licence and not compensate any flocks or products if the testing on behalf of the operator does not reflect the findings of the official testing.
