The provisions of Part II shall apply to a securitisation cell company carrying on the business of a securitisation vehicle in accordance with the Securitisation Act, and any reference to a securitisation cell company within this Part shall be construed as a reference to a securitisation cell company carrying on exclusively the business of a securitisation vehicle in accordance with the

Securitisation Act.
